By submitting a story, you grant PM Confessional a non-exclusive, worldwide license to read it on the podcast, publish it on the site, and edit it lightly for length and clarity.

You confirm the story is yours to tell, does not contain real names, company names, client names, or confidential information, and does not put anyone in a position they did not consent to.

We strip identifying details we catch. You agree not to make catching them our problem.
